Shipping Policy

Coffee shipping costs are as follows:

  • $6 standard shipping on coffee

  • $15 flat rate for express shipping

  • FREE local delivery within 5kms of our Coburg store


Pots/accessories shipping costs are as follows:

  • $10 flat rate standard shipping

  • $20 flat rate for express shipping

  • FREE local delivery within 5kms of our Coburg store



We choose not to ship plants via other carriers and only deliver locally.  Plants are delicate and take months (or years) to grow.  We care that each plant gets to its destination safely.  We can only ensure that if we deliver it ourselves.


Selvatica aims to pack and dispatch all orders within 48 hours from the time the order was placed (excluding weekends and public holidays.)

We use Australia Post for all domestic orders, but local orders will be hand delivered by our staff with the necessary love and attention to ensure safe delivery. 


Orders sent via standard shipping should arrive within 3-5 business days for metropolitan areas, and via express shipping within 2-4 days. Non-metropolitan areas may take longer.


All orders are marked with ‘Authority to Leave’ - if you would like to change that, please 'Add a note' in the cart prior to checkout. 

Returns & Exchanges

We roast a high-quality product which undergoes a strict quality control process. Every batch is tasted, tested and meets our rigorous standards before being heat-sealed into valved bags so it can leave the warehouse and for this reason, we can’t guarantee refunds on opened coffee purchases.

If you have received a product in error or have any other concerns please contact us via the contact form on the website within 7 days and we will work with you to resolve the issue ASAP.
